Now And Zen Yoga

The response to the news of the Now & Zen Yoga studio closing has been wonderful.  I want to thank those of you who had e-mailed or spoken to me in person regarding this very difficult decision that I had to make.  I appreciate the understanding, support and kindness of your words.  It means more to me than you know.  

I hope to see you all in class in the weeks leading up to May 21st so that I can continue to share my yoga practice with you, and so I can answer any questions you might have as things come to a close.  

I am sad to announce that after over four years of offering yoga in the Chicopee and Springfield area, Now and Zen Yoga will be closing it’s doors one final time on May 21st.

Since February 2004, running the yoga studio and teaching classes has been a fulfilling experience for me, both personally and professionally.  I am eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to share my yoga practice with so many wonderful people over the years. I plan to take some time off from teaching for both personal and professional reasons in order to refocus my energies.  I plan to return to teaching yoga in the future.
